- Delete. People do not get Wikipedia articles just for running as candidates in elections they did not win, notability is not inherited so having a famous uncle doesn't boost him at all, there's no other claim here that he had preexisting notability for other reasons independently of a candidacy, and there's not nearly enough substance or reliable sourcing to suggest a reason why his candidacy should be deemed more special than other people's candidacies.
