Keep or Merge This is an aspect of an obviously notable topic (it is one of the protocols defined as part of the X Window System). If this particular aspect of that topic isn't of sufficient notability or importance in its own right to deserve its own article, it is nonetheless deserving of mention as part of some other article on that overall topic, in which case the answer would be to merge to some other relevant article (such as the "X Window selection" article suggested by Wizard). Merge This is a verifiable protocol per the spec linked to in the external sources. It is a small but important addition of the X drag and drop protocol.
