This is a page about the husband / business partner of fashion designer Orla Kiely. Rowan's input appears to be entrepreneurial rather than artistic, so WP: CREATIVE doesn't apply. The businesses with which Rowan has been involved are not notable enough to have the their own WP pages: the references are mainly focused on Kiely and her artistic work. Merge/redirect to Orla_Kiely#Personal_life. As noted by the nom, the subject's notability (and the references and the text of the article) all deal with the subject's association with Orla Kiely and Kiely Rowan PLC. Both of which are (as they should be) covered in the Orla Kiely article. This article is otherwise something of a FORK. There is limited (if any) evidence that the subject meets the notability criteria for a standalone article. Under WP:ANYBIO or WP:SIGCOV or similar. (Where there is coverage it is about the subject's association with other topics - like his business/partner). WP:NBUSINESSPERSON also applies.
