Procedural nomination (this version). Another case of PROD-dePROD-rePROD (seconded). The PROD nomination was accompanied by the rationale: "Dictionary definition of neologism, was speedily deleted before for this reason". A chunk of text was added by one editor and subsequently removed as being advert material; see this version which includes this text chunk.
