Delete. Non-notable single-A minor league baseball player--not even a close call. There is nothing to indicate the notability of the subject, no independent sources, no substantial coverage . . . no presumption of notability per WP:NCOLLATH or WP:NBASEBALL, and clearly does not satisfy the general notability guidelines per WP:GNG.
