Delete. A hoax, basically. It's someone's fake movement promoted on http://dalmazia.wikia.com/wiki/Dalminizam. It failed to gain traction even on Forum.hr, let alone in serious media. "Dalminizam" has grand total of 5 (five) google hits. No such user (talk)
