Keep and move - appears on both OpenStreetMap and Google Maps as Dahir, but per Google Street View appears on road signs as Waib el Hanna - it's right on the E87. SportingFlyer talk 07:21, 17 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Delete - this article is a mere nine words long, telling us nothing apart from Dahir being a settlement in Fujairah. A merge with Fujairah might be possible, but there does not seem much to merge. Vorbee (talk) 07:47, 1 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Keep per GEOLAND. This says that Dahir is the location of Wadi al-Lahbah which is of some scientific interest for the wildlife there. I'll add that source to the article. The map reference given for the wadi is pretty close to the coords in the article (about 1 km separation), so there is little doubt they are referring to the same place and the satellite view plainly shows that it is a populated place.
