Delete. I have cleaned up the article a bit. Dazzle is often mentioned in the Dutch press, whether in passing mentions (one even called him a famous DJ), or in a sentence or two. I did not find any WP:INDEPTH, hence reached the same conclusion as nominator. Fails the WP:GNG and, with a positive outlook, can be held at WP:TOOSOON.
