DHL 757-200F Cargo Door Incident

Nominating per WP:N and WP:ROTM. Per longstanding community consensus, this is a minor non-prominent incident. There were no casualties, apparently only minor aircraft damage, no significant disruption to the air travel system, and (at least as I write this) no resulting airworthiness directive.
