No indication of notability per WP:NGEO. None of the sources cited claim any of the businesses or the train station to be in a place called "Cypress Creek", though most are located on a Cypress Creek Road. A WP:BEFORE search online turns up no mention of a place called Cypress Creek, Florida near Fort Lauderdale, though there are a few places with this name in other parts of Florida. The article was moved to draft for this reason, and almost immediately moved back, so I hold out little hope for any improvements in the references. Captain Calm (talk) 15:27, 3 November 2020 (UTC)

- Delete - It appears that the author of this article is refusing to give a thought of even giving some citations to their articles, even if their articles moved into the draftspace, by boasting in Nathan2055's talk page that said
Good luck along the way finding 150 articles I made without references.
This article could be draftified as this article is more of an unfinished work than anything else, but with what the author said to Nathan2055 I don't think that this article should stay. I'm sorry for being harsh, but it had to be done. SMB99thx my edits 01:46, 4 November 2020 (UTC) - Delete - I tagged it for notability and lack of references very early in its life but it hasn't improved since then. Possibly an invention of a fertile imagination , but it fails WP:GNG. I guess the clues were there all along with mentions of disputed boundaries and short lengths of tarmac. - Seriously this has an article?--WesternAtlanticCentral (talk) 16:59, 4 November 2020 (UTC)
- Delete - I turned up a road in Ft. Lauderdale, a corporate park in Ft. Lauderdale, some sort of feature in Boynton Beach, Florida, and a park near Lutz, Florida. This article appears to be an attempt to WP:OR the two Ft. Lauderdale ones into a community. Hog Farm Bacon 23:36, 4 November 2020 (UTC)
- Delete. As far as I can tell this location is a road and a train station with a shared name. Some nearby businesses are named after the road they're located on, but I can find no evidence that they are located in Cypress Creek. None of the businesses listed in the article give their location as Cypress Creek, The train station is identified by the rail company as being in Fort Lauderdale [1] and all of the references are about buildings on Cypress Creek road. It's not included in the GNIS and I have been unable to find any references to a Cypress Creek edge city in Miami. Even if this location does exist the current sourcing (i.e. real estate listings) does not demonstrate that this place passes GNG. 192.76.8.82 (talk) 01:13, 5 November 2020 (UTC)
- Delete Not a distinct recognised place under this name and certainly not an "edge city". --DanielRigal (talk) 19:38, 5 November 2020 (UTC)
