- Delete. Event fails WP:GNG and WP:NEVENT. A WP:BEFORE search returns only passing mentions, promotional webpages, Wikipedia mirrors and other text which seems to confirm that the subject existed (and supports some of the related text). But I can find no sources which establish any lasting relevance or any indication of significant coverage. The COI/SPA overtones do very little to help...
