May not be a notable town; after a Google search, I found no news results or any other sources that gave solid information about Clyde besides "ghostsofnorthdakota", which is a blog. For populated places, the only notability claim that needs to be made per WP:GEOLAND is that the fact of their existence is properly verifiable in at least one reliable source. Beyond that, an article may be flagged for needing further reference improvement, or may be redirected to a larger related topic (e.g. a neigbourhood within a city can be redirected to its city) if it proves stubbornly unsourceable — but a geographic settlement is never a full-on deletion candidate unless it's a total WP:HOAX, which this verifiably isn't.
