The article's history shows a lot of persistent COI edits (or likely COI). The coverage (references, external links, etc.) does not seem sufficient to justify this article passing Wikipedia:General notability guideline nor the more detailed Wikipedia:Notability (companies) requirement. WP:BEFORE did not reveal any significant coverage on Gnews, Gbooks or Gscholar. After few years of unaddressed "like an ad" tags, plus the others, I think it's time to discuss the future of this. Is this a notable entity? I have serious doubts based on my BEFORE, but maybe someone can find something to salvage this (and make a few PR folks happy, since they were not able to do so, despite years of efforts...).
