Keep per WP:BASIC/WP:GNG; in addition to the WP:SUSTAINED coverage in multiple independent and reliable sources focused on her already in the article, I found e.g. Gay Daughter Joins Gephardt Campaign (ABC, 2003, includes in-depth, biographical coverage), Gephardt's daughter stumps for her 'gay-friendly' father / Only he can beat Bush, she tells Demos, (SFGate, 2003), 'Politics Should Be for Everyone' (Newsweek, 2004, "Chrissy, has been selected as one of the finalists to compete for the faux presidential post in the new television reality series, "American Candidate,""), Chrissy Gephardt "American President"? (ABC, 2006, "Chrissy Gephart will announce her candidacy tomorrow in Washington, DC to compete in the Showtime reality series American President."). She has received non-trivial coverage related to her participation in multiple events, not the mere fact of having a famous relative, and she did not remain low-profile, so her notability appears to be not WP:BLP1E and appears independently related to her and her accomplishments.
