The result was delete. Consensus that with the deprecation of PORNBIO, the individual fails to meet other notability grounds (BASIC, ENT) Nosebagbear (talk) 22:26, 26 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Fails WP:BASIC and WP:ENT: the current references are an interview and an award listing. Mr. Steele's industry awards don't count towards anything now that PORNBIO has been deprecated. (The various other references removed in 2018 are obvious press releases/promo.) I looked for additional sources and found only a bit of coverage in a Jeffrey Escoffier book[1], some critical analysis of a pornographic film Steele appeared in[2], quotes from him in Gawker[3] and the Advocate[4], and assorted minor and trivial mentions. Delete. Only basis for notability was the now-deprecated WP:PORNBIO SNG. Independent coverage consists of 1–2 sentence entries in list articles and incidental mentions, not enough to satisfy WP:BASIC. Porn industry honors don't satisfy WP:ENT without acknowledgment by independent reliable sources. • Gene93k (talk) 04:13, 20 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]
