Fails WP:GEOFEAT. While listed on the National Register of historic places in the 80's, reviewing the nomination states it is only of local significance for architecture. There is no recent coverage per the WP:GNG. ~RAM (talk) 02:01, 11 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Keep The standards for listing a site on the National Register of Historic Places are higher than Wikipedia's standards for notability, so sites on the National Register are almost always considered notable. And while it wouldn't matter if the sources were all from the 1980s and earlier, since Notability is not temporary, that's not true either; I found a news article from this year about the home and another news article from four years ago without even looking very hard.
