The subject of this article was a U.S. Air Force pilot who was killed when his airplane crashed during a training mission. The crash is a tragedy, to be certain, but in regards to Wikipedia's notability standards, it doesn't appear the late pilot qualifies for coverage here. - Delete. Tragic but still passed on one event. Also WP is not a memorial. Niteshift36 (talk) 02:55, 24 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

- Comment - I would wait for a few days before deleting it, to see if this has any lasting effect. Bearian (talk) 20:34, 24 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]
- Delete per WP:ONEEVENT, WP:BIO and WP:NOT. This is a tragic incident, however the subject does not meet the notability quidelines, nor is Wikipedia a memorial or news site. Cheers, Abraham, B.S. (talk) 12:28, 25 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]
