- Keep CCI is the US first and oldest program for service dogs, today a world-wide industry, CCI along with its founder pioneered and invented the idea of service dogs in the USA (aka assistance dog) and possibly the world (not including for the blind but for wheelchair). Highly notable and important organization.[1] Lots of sources in Google Books.
