Contested prod. Subject does not meet WP:POLITICIAN, as he is unelected, and is non-notable beyond that. Deletethe one reliable source, soonews.ca, is related to the current campaign and just explains his positions. If there were something newsworthy or controversial about the campaign, perhaps, but there isn't.
