A plug-in for CAD software. The only claim to notability in the article is that the software has 32,000 users. I already declined a speedy deletion tag identifying it as a promotional article, and cleaned it up afterwards. - Comment The references that you added are all just descriptions of the plugin on pages where it is available for download.
