As an "estate" it has to pass a higher standard than just being a "dot on a map", which it isn't anyway (best location for it is in the middle of a bunch of fields). There's one passing reference which doesn't say anything about what it is; everyhting else is either geonames mirrors or us or the usual geoclickbait.
