Delete. Aside from a few brief mentions at blogs (and a few self-published pieces by Glenn Beck), I could not find reliable secondary sources that talk about this term. There are a handful of articles that have used the term, but absent sources that talk about the term, its meaning, its use, etc., this article qualifies for deletion pursuant to WP:Neologism (see also WP:TRIVIALMENTION for some of the other sources that mention the term in passing). That said, I am willing to change my vote if other editors can show me reliable secondary sources that talk about the term.
