Contested prod. An attempt to source this article has been reverted by XLinkBot (talk · contribs). Band with unclear notability. Delete. Blanchardb -Me•MyEars•MyMouth- timed 21:04, 7 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

- Keep Multiple albums on Metal Blade. Allmusic link [1]. Duffbeerforme (talk) 03:15, 10 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]
- That's a keep on the band only. The album should be redirected (or deleted if you don't like redirects with dabs) unless sourced. Allmusic link doesn't have a review. Duffbeerforme (talk) 13:26, 11 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]
- Relisted to generate a more thorough discussion so consensus may be reached.

Speedy Delete Article does not espouse any notability claim.--Cybercobra (talk) 05:19, 15 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]- Speedy declined. The article clearly "indicate[s] why its subject is important or significant". Splash - tk 14:19, 15 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]
- Hi Cybercobra. wp:music includes in it's "Criteria for musicians and ensembles" one that says "Has released two or more albums on a major label or one of the more important indie labels". The article as it currently stands suggests multiple albums on Metal Blade Records. The onformation shown on the allmusic link I provided includes a discography that shows multiple albums on Metal Blade. The article on metal blade shows a good number on independently notable bands, which appears to satisfy the "an independent label with a history of more than a few years and a roster of performers, many of which are notable" section. That, to my eyes, is a clear claim of notability. And is a claim that satifies wp:music, justifying the existance of an article for Broken Hope. - Sorry, wasn't familiar with the intricacies of the music SNG. --Cybercobra (talk) 07:56, 16 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]
- Keep Broken Hope per Duffbeerforme. Probably merge the album to the group. Rlendog (talk) 21:09, 17 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]
