Seems to fail WP:NOTNEWS, in that there is no detail to the biography or assertion of notability outside of reporting of their death; a look for sources from the usual channels produced no better sources. Der Wohltemperierte Fuchs(talk) 21:13, 30 December 2014 (UTC)[reply]

  • weak keep - seem to have gotten considerable press for her tv appearance. her murder also got coverage.--BabbaQ (talk) 23:38, 30 December 2014 (UTC)[reply]
  • Delete as per WP:NOTNEWS. If the decision is keep, move to Murder of Brianna Gardner, since she only rose to prominence after her death. Stuartyeates (talk) 02:14, 31 December 2014 (UTC)[reply]
  • Delete - the article creator is developing a worrying track record of non-notable biographies. StAnselm (talk) 04:45, 31 December 2014 (UTC)[reply]

  • Delete: per WP:MURDEROF, tragic but not notable. Vrac (talk) 00:38, 7 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]
  • Delete per above & NOTNEWS - Whilst it's sad someone dying, we don't have articles on every single person in the world who's died. –Davey2010 Merry Xmas / Happy New Year 02:47, 7 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]
  • Delete. The whole thing is heartbreaking (especially the comment the judge made, given what later happened to her) but unfortunately this murder didn't get enough coverage to warrant Gardener having an article. Other than a brief spate of coverage when her body was discovered, Gardener didn't gain any additional coverage after that point - no follow up stories, no coverage on ID, or anything that would potentially help provide notability per Wikipedia's guidelines.
