- Delete Seems to have been created under the name of the original editor not the subject, so should be moved to Anthony Paul Savitsky Ruffino or similar if kept. I'm not entirely sure which combination of names he is known by, but can't find anything to indicate notability, his actions as described don't suggest notability, and as mentioned it's awfully promotional. --Colapeninsula (talk) 11:58, 21 March 2018 (UTC)
