Simply a PR business listing and, like anything, we have to consider the likeliness of paid advertising, what's here is simply not establishing genuine independent notability and substance and it's quite noticeable which sources are these are exact PR; searches are not finding anything of actual convincing and it's these cases that we apply WP:NOT.   • Delete although there are small mentions in some news items, this character is not independently notable apart from Sociabl. The do seem to be several criminals and officials that use the name Brandon Reynolds that compete for hist on Google search and news. So just merge the sourcable bits to Sociabl.
