Speedy delete as a hoax. Other than the image uploaded to commons, which was clearly created for Wikipedia because it has Wikipedia's URL in the image, there is no evidence that this even exists. The speedy should not have been declined. 24.149.119.20 (talk) 11:54, 2 January 2014 (UTC)[reply]
