Subject of article does not satisfy WP:BASIC & does not possess in-depth significant coverage in reliable sources. A before shows her only discussed in primary sources. She’s on a good path doing a good thing but Wikipedia is not the place to create awareness for your good works neither is it linkedin where you display your achievements.
