These are two unrelated topics: a Leopard cat is a wild animal and a Bengal cat is a domestic cat. In addition per WP:D this disambiguation page is not needed and actually causes more confusion for the reader. Lightburst (talk) 16:39, 11 January 2020 (UTC)

DeleteThe Leopard cat article does not belong at this disambig page - there is only one mention of the phrase 'Bengal cat' in that article, and both our assertion and the source supporting it make it clear that the Bengal cat and the Leopard cat are different things. Absent the Leopard cat article, there would only be one article on the disambig page - so, no need for it to exist. GirthSummit (blether) 19:18, 11 January 2020 (UTC)
- Good call on the Redirect below - it is of course a plausible capitalisation. GirthSummit (blether) 09:20, 12 January 2020 (UTC)
- Redirect to Bengal cat in case a user thinks the name is a proper noun and capitalizes cat too? Hog Farm (talk) 22:24, 11 January 2020 (UTC)
- Redirect to Bengal cat per Hog Farm. While I wouldn't advocate the creation of this redirect, since the page is already here I'd just redirect and tag with {{R from miscapitalisation}}. – Lord Bolingbroke (talk) 22:52, 11 January 2020 (UTC)
- Also, I notice that Leopard Cat already exists as the result of a page move. There appears to be some variance on whether "cat" is capitalized—compare [1][2][3][4]—so there's a good case for redirecting this page as well. Perhaps {{R from other capitalisation}} would be more appropriate? – Lord Bolingbroke (talk) 23:19, 11 January 2020 (UTC)
- Good catch. Perhaps these could have been redirected without the need for AfD. Lightburst (talk) 02:22, 12 January 2020 (UTC)
- Redirect to Bengal cat. Despite an early proposal to use Felis bengalensis, the leopard cat is not known as a "Bengal Cat". Shhhnotsoloud (talk) 21:24, 15 January 2020 (UTC)
