Comment As defined by our article on Shopping malls, "A regional mall is, per the International Council of Shopping Centers, in the United States, a shopping mall which is designed to service a larger area than a conventional shopping mall. As such, it is typically larger with 400,000 sq ft (37,000 m2) to 800,000 sq ft (74,000 m2) gross leasable area..." This definition for regional mall provides an industry standard reference. Redirect to Brunswick, Victoria. This mall has only half the GLA of a regional mall, and also falls below the regional-mall standard of 40-80 stores. The Our story page likewise identifies the project as a "sub-regional shopping centre". While malls this size may be kept as standalone articles on Wikipedia, and this one has a range of hits on Google, this one seems to be more of a local landmark. A Wikipedia search shows that "Barkly Square" is used in 9 articles other than this one, and Sydney Road, Melbourne states that the mall was built in the 1980s.
