Barbados-Philippines relations[edit]

Fails WP:GNG. This whole article hinges a one off meeting in New York between representatives of both countries. In fact a large part of the article is a copyright violation from http://www.foreign.gov.bb/Userfiles/File/PHILIPPINES.pdf .
