Neologism (it claims to be "a new postulate" and has no relevant google hits for "vulture paradigm" -wiki). Major conflict of interest (the article's author appears to be Prof. Bangura, who was cited in the first paragraph of the original version of the article). Original research. - Delete Original research by a user whose editing of Wikipedia consists entirely of attempts to use it to publish his/her own work.
