Delete The first source doesn't even mention the topic. I can't access the second source, and cannot find any other sources providing significant coverage. Note there was a prior AfD from 2012 at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Bangladesh Cement Manufacturers Association (BCMA), but even the sources presented there do not seem sufficient. * Pppery * _{it has begun...} 16:49, 5 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]
