I've thought about it for a while, and I think Stenson does not meet WP:NCOLLATH for several reasons.

Even though she was part of a national championship team, she has not won a national award as an individual student-athlete, only two honorable mention all-Pac-10 Conference honors. Thus, she fails NCOLLATH criterion 1.
Regarding criterion 3 about "national media attention as an individual", she has been featured in ESPN and The Oklahoman for surviving leukemia - but that is practically the extent of her "national media attention" from her college career. Delete It's entirely possible to fail specialized criteria in sports and still meet WP:GNG or WP:BASIC, but looking at GeneralOnefile, Highbeam, Questia, and Newspaperarchive.com, I can't find any in depth sustained coverage to support that in this case. If the coverage is out there somewhere I'd be willing to accept it if someone can find it and cite it. --Dennis Bratland (talk) 02:28, 31 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]
