This is a hoax. No source is given, and Google finds nothing about the organisation or its head but WP and mirrors. The only other contribution of the author Britishprince (talk · contribs) is Muhannad Al-Asnaani, also at AfD as a hoax, about the supposed former head of this organisation. Delete.
