I can find no evidence that this 'society' (an incorporated company) meets Wikipedia notability criteria. The article is pure advertising. According to its own website [1], it offers 'services' such as 'Recognition of Noble Titles', 'Recognition of membership in Orders of Chivalry' etc, but fails to demonstrate that such 'recognition' has any value whatsoever.
