Delete. Those references definitely need sorting out. A quick Googling indicates that the subject seems legit and maybe just notable enough for a page -- but the original editor is blocked and has had multiple articles deleted, redirected, and a lot of mischief. --Lockley (talk) 22:19, 28 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]
