Asynergy

The article is currently a dictionary definition, where wikt:asynergy has us covered. A search for more sources suggests this is a term that is not-much used, and typically is used in a generic sense (i.e. to mean a lack of coordination between typically coordinated things, rather than to define a particular condition).
