Comment: @Djm-leighpark: I am gonna withdraw the nomination, I guess he is notable due to Contraversy & passing WP:CLERGYOUTCOMES but I have no doubt regarding sock farm, where a blocked user User talk:Kaifraza786 accepted he is trying to create a page of his father Kaif Raza Khan and he has edited majority of his family person pages.
