  • Delete. The citation record (Google Scholar under author:m-ashraf-iqbal) isn't enough to convince me of a pass of WP:PROF#C1, and without much stronger evidence of its being a major institution the directorship of Namal College or the rectorship of Ali Institute of Education aren't enough to convince me of #C6 (that part of the world has many many small and non-notable private educational institution). —David Eppstein (talk) 08:15, 13 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]
