Another likely hoax. No reliable references. JaGatalk 19:37, 7 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]
- Delete. Dubious subject, article created by a single purpose account, no source, creator contacted but gave no response, and I came back fruitless from a Google search. Walks like a hoax, quacks like a hoax ... I say it's a hoax. See WP:HOAX Equendil Talk 20:19, 7 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

- Delete but would not object to recreation if reliable sources are provided.TheRingess (talk) 20:28, 7 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]
- Delete as hoax. No relevant Google Web, Books, Scholar, News hits. Recommend that the images be deleted as well, since they're misdescribed at the very least. (I tend to doubt that black loggers were likely to serve as witnesses at traditional Armenian weddings.) Deor (talk) 20:36, 7 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

- Delete A very odd hoax.-- Ευπάτωρ Talk!! 20:40, 7 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]
- Delete - I concur that this is a hoax. The article mentions the "arzganapatkutʻyamb u iravunkʻnerov" or "ceremonial giving of the sheep and goats.", yet the phrase "arzganapatkutʻyamb u iravunkʻnerov" only turns up 6 Ghits, and this site shows it as a transliteration of some of the Armenian text of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. — LinguistAtLarge • Talk 06:37, 8 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]
- Comment - It certainly sounds like it is probably a hoax. I see though it has been listed on the Armenian-related deletion discussion list. It really would be nice to hear from some folks involved with that. LadyofShalott Weave 14:20, 8 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]
- Comment Traditionally, the log is brought out during the honeymoon rather than the wedding. Mandsford (talk) 19:23, 8 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]
- Question: are you implying that this is legitimate but needs improvement? Or was that tongue-in-cheek? LadyofShalott Weave 19:34, 8 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]
- No, it was a tasteless attempt at humor. Mandsford (talk) 19:42, 8 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]
- OK, I thought maybe you were joking, but thanks for the clarification! LadyofShalott Weave 19:45, 8 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

- Delete - I have now gone through several pages of google scholar results, and nothing appears relevant to this topic. I agree with previous editors who have concluded this is a hoax. LadyofShalott Weave 19:45, 8 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]
- Comment. By the way, the article's creator also uploaded this uncropped version of one of the images in the article, I guess before realizing that the writing on the photo didn't exactly support his story. Deor (talk) 02:25, 9 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]
