This is a re-creation of a draft that has been deleted as promotional several times, almost immediately after their block expired. G4 doesn't apply, it is no longer a copyvio. The artist is not totally non-notable, but rather still an emerging artist. There are some sources, but it seems insufficient. Rouge DM, I think it is possible that you have good intentions and just had a rough start here. That happens. We have more policies and guidelines than anyone can be expected to read before they start editing. It is also quite possible that you are trying to promote him and have deliberately not followed our policies and guidelines. It would be helpful if you could clarify your connection to Are Blytt (business, paid, friend/family, patron, your are him, you've never met and have never communicated with him etc..) and let us know which sources specifically establish that he meets WP:GNG and WP:NARTIST thanks, Vexations (talk) 19:48, 6 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]
