Keep – meets NFOOTY, made 18 appearances and scored a goal in the USSF Division 2 Professional League, which is a WP:FPL. As this article mentions, he scored the first goal in AC St. Louis history. @GiantSnowman, Spiderone, and Mvqr: I don't know if this information would lead you to change your votes, but contrary to them the player does meet NFOOTY.
