Delete. Being spokesperson for the youth wing of a political party is not a role that constitutes an "inherent" notability pass under WP:NPOL, and this article is far too dependent on directly affiliated primary sources, with little or no reliable source coverage about her in media being shown, to claim that she would pass WP:GNG in lieu of having to pass NPOL.
