The article exists solely because she is the mother-in-law of the Belgian king. The subject has received no significant coverage, thus failing WP:GNG and WP:BASIC. That she is the mother of the wife of the Belgian monarch is not a reason for a standalone article about her; see WP:INVALIDBIO.
