Does not appear to be notable (passing mention in two of the sources). Neutrality concerns, too. bobrayner (talk) 17:59, 23 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

- Certainly does not enjoy the significant coverage in reliable sources necessary for a stand-alone article, so the best solution would be to redirect to a section of Holy Land Foundation for Relief and Development (though I am not sure if the best section would be "2007 trial" or "2008 retrial"). –Roscelese (talk ⋅ contribs) 20:30, 23 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]
- Merge to individual section in Holy Land Foundation for Relief and Development. Google books and web searches found multiple reliable sources with significant coverage, so I disagree with the nominator's assertion that is only has passing mention in two sources. Still, I feel that this is better handled as a section in that article, mainly for practical reasons. Marokwitz (talk) 06:52, 24 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]
- Merge as per Marokwitz - although it needs a good deal of clean up too. Poyani (talk) 14:23, 25 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]
