After some research, and reviewing of current citations, this article appears to fail WP:ARTIST, sadly. I like her work, but, all of the citations I have found are mere mentions. Her most notable exhibition appears to be a few pieces in a hotel in NYC. I think right now, it might be WP:TOOSOON for DeBrincat to have their own article.
