Fails WP:NPEOPLE. Sources given either don't meet WP:SIGCOV or aren't independent. This article is questionably WP:SIGCOV but it doesn't meet WP:V. Quick Google search shows no hits. Quaemenelimbus (🗨 here) ^_^ 00:41, 19 November 2022 (UTC) Withdrawn by nominator—although I am still on-the-fence on whether or not it meets notability guidelines yet, I am withdrawing this nomination because the page is under construction and new sources could be added to establish notability.
