Contested PROD. Reason was "Neither of these things are useful attributes for notability. He happened to be a barrister during a notable event, but that does not grant him notability. His brother is an interesting fact, but that does not make this man notable." Fiddle Faddle 14:07, 1 November 2013 (UTC)
- Oppose I think he has generated some significant attention after his recent TV appearance, and he does appear to be a fairly senior lawyer. PatGallacher (talk) 01:07, 2 November 2013 (UTC)

- Keep Expanded with new sources that meet WP:GNG. Note that while nearly ever source mentions he is the brother of the PM, that will be unavoidable no matter what he does. WP:INHERIT is for arguments made by Wikipedia editors to avoid during AfD. No one here is arguing it should be Kept because he is related to someone famous. INHERIT does not trump sources that meet GNG, even if the sources themselves cover him in part because he is related to someone famous. INHERIT does not censor sources, only Wikipedians who make original inheritance-based arguments. -- Green Cardamom (talk) 19:56, 3 November 2013 (UTC)
- Comment I would add that the category "English barristers" contains hundreds of biographies, many of them must be of comparable notability to this person. PatGallacher (talk) 18:07, 5 November 2013 (UTC)
- Comment -- I am dubious that he has greater notability than many hundred other barristers, even QCs. Peterkingiron (talk) 17:01, 8 November 2013 (UTC)
- Keep The sources added by User:Green Cardamom are sufficient evidence of notability, per WP:GNG.--Mojo Hand (talk) 15:58, 10 November 2013 (UTC)
