Disputed PROD on a mall because of the size. Can't find any reliable sources(fails WP:GNG) and after some searching the best I could find was this[1] indicating that the size mentioned is actually the total area and the total gross leasable area is only 357,846 square feet. Keep - I had noticed this had been improved and I suppose it's more acceptable now. Delete for now and WP:TNT with a new start and it may be somewhat well known locally and searches found results at News and Books (Books were mostly Guides and News were in Turkish, not English)/so this may need familiar attention especially for translating.
